Meet the DDM Team

Only special people make a special company. There are a few things you should know about the Deseret Digital team: Everyone who works here is a digital native. Each person thinks Web first. Our people are also passionate about innovation, and they bring a deep set of new media skills to our products and services.

 

For example, you will find Deseret Digital employees who turned a local newspaper product into a Web site read all around the world. We literally have people from Mumbai to Miami logging into our sites every day. We also have a team that turned a local radio and TV Web site into the largest in-market classified site in the country. In fact, Salt Lake is the only market in the country where a traditional media company has beat out Craigslist.

 

But our team also brings experience outside of our in-market sites, including from some of the most prominent Web companies in the world. You will find people at Deseret Digital who worked on the original Yahoo! Mail product launch, pioneered AOL’s global outreach services, expanded Omniture’s Web analytics products, and helped develop Overstock.com’s pricing and e-commerce platforms. There is no question that we are first and foremost a new media company.
